lucy indiGO Joggers

Over the past few weeks, I've shared my lucy indiGO joggers - the comfiest pair of pants I own! They're fashionable yet practical. You can style lucy indiGO like your favorite denim, but it moves and breathes like activewear. Just a note: they do run large, so they are a bit baggier on me than my usual small. Size down if you want a tighter fit!

FASHION

These joggers are perfect for looking stylish when you're just running errands or meeting up with friends. Strap on a pair of heels, and you're ready for a fashionable day out!

TRAVEL

The joggers are also perfect for traveling because they're so loose and are great for sitting on a long flight! I wore them to Taiwan, and it was like sleeping in pajamas!

FITNESS

The moisture-wicking and breathable fabric also make these pants great for fitness-related activities! I took mine out for a trail walk around the Design District.

Sweater Weather

Move over iced lattes; hello cappuccinos. Sweater weather is here! At least for one October day in Dallas. I had to take advantage of the great weather and don my favorite Express autumn wear: a shaker knit circle hem sweater and a cover-up. 

Texture!!

It was the perfect day to chat with a friend over coffee and toast at Davis Street Espresso. I felt so cozy in my sweater and cover-up, and I got a lot of compliments within minutes of arriving at the coffee shop!

I know these will be 2 staple pieces in my closet, especially because I love dark colors. The sweater came in pink, which I thought I might try, but... who can deny the black.

Paired with dark denim and black boots... and I'm ready for fall!

I'm currently mustering up the energy to work on a blog post about my trip to Taiwan. But first, I need to recollect myself, which means... lots of coffee! As soon as I landed, I visited one of my favorite coffee shops Local Press + Brew to get their coconut americano!

To be honest, I'm a very low energy person, and other people/the environment/even what I wear can give or take away my energy. That's why I chose to wear Express on this particular day - it gave me comfort and energy without sacrificing style (unlike my ugly t-shirt and sweatpants on the 12-hour plane ride back to the US).

These pieces from Express gave me confidence and energy to power through the day instead of giving in to jet lag! The v-neck swim cami was silky soft, and I finally found a bralette cute enough to peek through it! I sized up on the high waisted jeans to get a comfy, relaxed fit - perfect for sitting around coffee shops!
